feat: 游戏场景添加宗门全景背景图，缩短招募间隔

- MainGame 新增 BG 背景层（宗门全景图，铺满窗口）
- 主菜单背景改为居中缩放模式
- 宗门全景图资源重新压缩优化（12.6MB → 8MB）
